VSC AND ABS lights turned on during emission testing on my 2007 Lexus LS460. How to reset?

 

It's usually better if you introduce yourself first in the intro thread, use the search function (might just find what you need for your current issue), and start a thread regarding your issue in the Normal Thread section (not the Build Threads or hijacking someone else's thread). At least that's what I would've done....but that's just me.

The VSC and ABS lights may be coincidental and unrelated to your emissions test. They may be indicative of a defect in your car's battery. Also try disconnecting your car's battery for a few minutes.

 

I disconnected the battery for a couple of hours, errands to run, reconnected the battery, first time I started her she ran for about 3 seconds died and made all kinds of clicking and whirring sounds . I waited for about 15 seconds and restarted her. Codes gone and she runs great. Battery is fairly new terminals are very very clean. We will see...

 

well happened again. Seems like it is the throttle position sensor.

I owned lexus ls 460 2008 and I have abs and brake vsc lights on.

is there a way to remove the warning and triangle in the dash board to get the fuel average and other stuff while keeping the abs lights on??

appreciate the support.
