Default Front shock leaking

I have a 2013 LS460 with 43000 miles, Went to lexus for a oil change and they said my right front shock was leaking, Anybody ever hear of this, Thanks Dan.

Air suspension? Non-Air suspension. Yes, they will leak. With a little bit of skill and some tools, replacement is a DIY. Air suspension parts = $$$.

I forgot to say it is a base model, No air shocks, They said it was leaking fluid

yeah so buy the parts from rockauto, and get a shop you trust to change them out, parts are cheap even oem kyb ones, change them in pairs, I would suggest. but since labour is more expensive than some parts in the US, I would suggest changing out the strut mounts too, on both. you dont have many miles but its 7 years, They cost very little might as well get ahead of it.

I just got a full set of 4 from RockAuto for about $450 shipped. I didn't see any rebates at the time but I understand there are some sometimes.
