Default Air suspension strut prices

I was quoted 998 for the rear and 500 for the front strut each for the 92LS air suspension. I wanted to know if others have bought it for less. and if so what were the prices ? I'm talking original parts not aftermarked.
thanks in advance !

I would consider buying them from a used parts yard. They will be very low priced, and gaurenteed to work. You may get years of service out of them or just a short time/ for me it is worth the risk,

wow.
Can one of you LS owners let me know how much it will cost to fix the suspension on a 95 ls400. My buddy is about to buy one and it seems to have bad suspension. I noticed it has air suspension.

The car looks even. but when you rock it, it swings up and down very easily.

It is not cheap. If it s not working I personally would not take that burden on if given the choice. Check to see that it is not something simple like a fuse but if the car is falling on itself due to a leak it is the beginning of an expensive story. Depends on how much you or your friend is willing to commit to the car.

the car is not sitting low. It looks like the proper height. The only thing that worries me is that the suspension felt very soft. It could be a little more stiff. Also when I pressed the Norm/high button nothing happened.

Are you supposed to hear or feel a difference

Thanks
