Default Upper Dash Rattle!

So I’m about to give up. For the life of me i can’t find this rattle.

At first I thought it was in the upper area around the moonroof.

then I pulled the NAV and radio.

I then pulled the glove box.

Finally I popped out the upper tweeter/speaker.

The rattle won’t go away.

It sounds like squeaking or tapping of something hitting a hard surface. Like taking your finger nails and tapping a glass window.

I honestly don’t care if i can’t fix it. I just want to know WTH it is!!!!

It may be the dash, and if it is, it is inside, try to put some felt and see if it is getting better, it did the trick in may case but I used a lot on almost all the area between the glass and the dash, you have to push it in as much as you can.

Ugh, rattles drive me nuts. Did you have somebody else drive so you could get your ear up close to areas you suspected?

I have used felt you can buy at Hobby Lobby pushed as much as you can inside, you may need to put more than one layer.
