Could someone help me with some torque specs for my 07 460?

Is there a place where common torque specs?

Is there a common Lexus dealer CL who provides discounted oem parts?

Engine cradle to frame 22mm head bolts
engine cradle to bumper support 14mm head bolt
Engine cradle to rear support 14mm head bolt
Sway bar to engine cradle bolt 14mm head
valvecover bolt 10 and 14mm head bolts
High press fuel pump 12mm bolts
Tranny pan 10mm head bolts
Tranny filter 10mm head bolts
Tranny drain and overflow bolts
Tranny fill plug
Sparkplug torque
Coil nut
Diff drain and fill plugs
Caliper bolts front and rear
Lugnut torque

Bud if you have an 07 LS it is the 460. The 400 was made from ~89-2000?
