Tail Light Compatility
Are all the LS460 Rear quarter panel (outer) Tail Lights the same shape and interchangeable??
2007-2009, pattern change 2010-2012. (I think?) , 3rd iteration 2013-to ??....
i am aware that they have different patterns and contours.

I park the 2011 right next to a 2014 on a daily basis. By eyeball this outer tail light appears to be identically shaped but entirely different patterns in terms of what they project to the eye. The light I am referring to is on the passenger quarter panel and nowhere near the license plate.

I don't have workshop manuals for neither the 07-09 MY or 13-17 but I already have the tails for my 2013 facelift project and have no reason to believe it wouldn't bolt up. The inner tails are what won't fit without the 13-17 license plate garnish which I'm either gonna try and cut+bondo my 2007 or source a new or used one instead. Can't promise pictures anytime soon, maybe in 6-8 months time.
