Tail Light Compatility
 
Are all the LS460 Rear quarter panel (outer) Tail Lights the same shape and interchangeable??
2007-2009, pattern change 2010-2012. (I think?) , 3rd iteration 2013-to ??....

i am aware that they have different patterns and contours.

The outter are the same shape and interchangeable but the inner are not. I have an 07 and did the 2015 f-sport update

You'll need the license plate garnish for a 2013+ retrofit

Looking for a LS460 Right Hand quarter panel light , any generation if the deal is good but prefer 2010-12. Thanks!

I park the 2011 right next to a 2014 on a daily basis. By eyeball this outer tail light appears to be identically shaped but entirely different patterns in terms of what they project to the eye. The light I am referring to is on the passenger quarter panel and nowhere near the license plate.

It it is helpful when those that understand provide accurate information. Thanks for looking roadfrog!!

Trunk Panel Lights do not bolt on interchange!!

I don't have workshop manuals for neither the 07-09 MY or 13-17 but I already have the tails for my 2013 facelift project and have no reason to believe it wouldn't bolt up. The inner tails are what won't fit without the 13-17 license plate garnish which I'm either gonna try and cut+bondo my 2007 or source a new or used one instead. Can't promise pictures anytime soon, maybe in 6-8 months time.

Damn look at that, a completed facelift! I can tell because the door chrome trim doesn't line up. :p Very nice work.

Yep still need door trim molding and mirror to completed dunno if I will keep the car for long tho. Been looking at Porsche Panamera
