Lexus has ordered parts today to complete the restoration of my dash. Based on the new campaign ZLZ it only took two
days for approval. I recommend any one in the same position apply. My car is the 2007 460LS.
the top dash is not included in this campaign as it was in the prior one that has expired.
Was your glove box melting? Or is it loose while closed? I have a letter from Lexus as well, but I'm wondering if they can replace that since my interior isn't melted.
Glove box chalky feeling and discolored.Not really melting.
Glad to hear mention of discoloring. My black interior is doing the same- and with the weather being cooler wasn't sure how Lexus would do the inspection to determine the defective materials.
