Trying to locate a12 amp fuse that controls the power outlet under the front cover console directly in front of the shift contols ...everything else works.....this fuse use blown.

Check your Owner's Manual - all fuse types and locations are indicated within it.

There are five (5) fuse panels in the LS460:

Engine Compartment left
EngineCompartment right
Interior Cabin left
Interior Cabin right
Trunk.

Many systems have multiple fuses in multiple locations. For example, the audio system has eight (8) separate fuses located in four (4) separate locations.

I know the fuse you are talking about. It is located in the passenger side front footwell in the fuse block under the dash.
