Brake wear senors

does each wheel has its own sensor or what ?

When I did my 2010 460, each wheel had one.

Each wheel of my '11 LS460 has one. Just replaced front and rear rotors and pads.

this past weekend i started getting an error message on the dash that my pads are worn out and i need to have them checked.... but i got it checked not long ago and was told my pads had a long way to go..... problem with the sensor? however I do I pulsing when I brake sometimes at higher speeds....
