Smart Key Help
Ok guys .. here it is. Smart Key system has worked perfectly until now.. 2004 ls430 . Symptoms
1. Can't open doors with hand... only with the remote.
2. Can't lock the doors from inside lock... car thinks and acts like there is a key inside... Long bell and door locks open.
3. I can still start the car as long as the key is in the car.. don't need to put it in the ignition.
4. Remote will not open trunk but can lock and unlock doors with it.
THERE IS NO KEY INSIDE THE CAR, HAVE RESET THE BUTTON FOR SMART KEY AND HAVE TRIED DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY.
ANY IDEAS
