I just wanted to Express how much I love Lexus and their customer service. If you live in the Tampa Bay area, Lexus of Tampa Bay is the only dealer to go to to!

I have been fortunate enough to get all 4 of my door panels, my glove box, and I found out today that they will replace my center console at no cost on my 2010 LS460L. Thats over 10k worth of parts and labor at no cost!

I sent over these pics on Wednesday to the amazing Service Department Specialist there and heard back today.


Today I got this email....

I heard back from Lexus and they have agreed to replace the Center Console for you at no charge!
We already ordered the part and it has arrived.
Installation takes about a half of a day so we can provide an alternate vehicle for you to use if needed.

We have availability today(8/3), Tue(8/7), Wed(8/8), Thur(8/9) or Fri(8/10). Please let me know which day and time works best for you and I’ll set it up right away.
