2007 LS 460 Radiator Flush

I'm thinking about purchasing a 2007 LS 460 with 70,500 miles. I notice on the carfax that the transmission has been flushed 3 times already. Should I be alarmed that something is wrong. I have a 2002 LS430 that has not had it's transmission flushed in over 60,000 miles.

I believe the flushes are done is a series of three, so it sounds like they were really up on the maintenance. Check out the Lexus Drivers website and put in the VIN. You'll be able to see the service history of the car.
