Just bought the 2008 ls460 a few weeks ago and noticed the auto rain sensor was not activating the wipers. In the mean time we replaced the windshield due to a crack and made sure to let the local auto glass guy know it was a windshield with rain sensor.
Did a great job installing the windshield and still not working.
Move pulled the cover off the rain sensor and shocked to make sure they the plug was connected and it's all good.
Not sure what else to look for other than putting a tester to the harness at the sensor to see if I can find out if it's getting power etc. Also can find out which fuse is powering the sensor to test it.

Ideas?
