Anyone know if the 13+ rear bumper would just bolt right onto a 08 without changing out the trunk and lights?

 

No, it won't. The bumper lines run through up into the trunk and the lights are different.

If You want to change the rear bumper, You'll need to change the following:
1. Rear bumper
2. Rear exhaust mufflers
3. Trunk and fender tail lights
4. Rear bumper brackets
5. Rear bumper filler
6. Trunk
7. Trunk chrome molding
8. Plastic covers for trunk and fenders
9. Tail ligts and rear fog lights wires and connectors
10. Rear fog lights (in rear bumper cover)
11. Rear diffuser
12. Trunk overlay for number plate
13. Rear number pllate lights
