460 engine problems
As stated earlier, plugged CATs and it won't rev. That doesn't mean they are working effectively but if it will do 260, not plugged CATs.
You need to look at the fuel trims. It will tell exactly what is happening.
Plot calculated engine load, MAF, RPM, LTFT, STFT, IGN advance and if possible, cam angles, and knock sensor and or spark retard.
The engine will tell why it is happy one moment and ill the next.

The car has two fuel systems, one of them isn't working right. That's my opinion after you said it's hard to start, lean codes, driveability issues, etc.
The mechanical pumps have to control the fuel line pressure in that portion of the system, doesn't sound like that's happening.

Hi,
changed the crank position sensor and nothing changed.
I changed the o2 Sensors and car seemed to run fine for couple of hours, but error returned!
At changing the o2 sensors i noticed that both sides had different temperatures. one was colder.
