Drivers Seat Issues
2008 97,000 miles The Bolster/Lumbar just clicks and does not fill up or do anything. The a/c ventilation in the seat cushion does nothing. No flow at all.
Thoughts on repair or sourcing a new seat or bottom foam cushion? The leather is in good shape.

Well, the lumbar support issue is broken gears in the motor unit. You can get new metal gears from the manufacturer (Shukra/Leggett and Platt). Search on this forum for my posts on this. The AC in the seat stops working due to the seat cushion compressing and blocking air flow. There are also filters under the seat, but I doubt this is the problem.

I know this thread is a few months old but several weeks ago I emailed the company regarding replacement parts. I never got any returned emails and had almost zero confidence that they’d respond so I completely forgot about it. There was a padded envelope in my mailbox today and when I opening it, this is what I found inside!
