I talked to the Lexus tech Ed, while he was test driving my car, for this issue.
He seemed very familiar with its suspension. He said it did not have strut braces - frankly, he did not completely comprehend what they were.. He is an experienced Toyota and lexus tech.. seemed like a very nice guy - and a serious gear head.
He is going to try to rebalance the wheels.

Did he give you a print out of the road force numbers? I'd ask him how much road force each wheel had.

Default Still ongoing

Well, the car is still in the driveway. Cars a curse. Really just my stupidity of not researching the job better before accepting and game planning. First time in awhile the car kicked my assso, no aftermarket bushings being used. Another bushing se for lower forwards did not fit. I found online site for salvage cars and bought oems off cars 30k or less in miles. Should of went oem and just saved him money through labor.

Cars left side shifted from running off road. Father straighten that. Butler south Atlanta Lexus Lexus saved 30% on oem brand new fender liners. Talked my dealerships in KC down to 20% off. Free soda and food ha. Better for a 30 bolt.

Current Issue:
wont turnover
getting warning for brake wear and telling me to go straight to dealership.
- vsc on. Almost all warning signs are on.
battery was poor before receive car. Been at my place 2 months.
ive charged it, tried jumping. No good.
gives a clicking sounds when try
main display in radio not on that was fuse

They actually just sent me the wrong part number but they don't have a telephone and only deal through email which is been a disaster. I want to get this guy back on the road in his car which is a very nice car . Over the last year I've worked on a few Lexus and They have gained my respect.

my question is does anyone know where I can get a bushing said that they know will fit on this vehicle? Is there two different chamber bolt sizes for that control arm for this year? Also I am thinking about using my drill press to make the whole just a little bit bigger to fit in the original first bushings I bought. It's very minimal as a bushing only catch is that the threads any input on that would be great. Or where I can get decent full control arms at good price.

I have a similar problem now, on my 2008 LS600HL, it seem there is a difference between the H and the HL, ie the long wheelbase model has a 15mm hole in the bush centre plus it has a bigger ball joint too with a 21mm shank. Lexus UK want £574 when in the US its £191. I have tried to get confirmation of the different parts but know one seems to know, so far it seem the 48670-59016 part fits the LS460 and LS 600H but not the LS600HL. Can any one advise further?

What did you end up doing?

Looks like I might have to bite the bullet and buy set of ebay chinese aftermarket lower arms for $800 for the lower 2 on each side.

Mine are beyond destroyed and sad thing is bought car with 130K miles on it and the deteriorated bushing lower control arms on there right now look like the black set sold from china on ebay.

Does anyone have a better solution? I am down to press in new bushings if anyone knows a place where we can purchase them?
