Interior Lights stopped working

Interior Lights stopped working
Sorry wrong forum and I can't delete
Have replace all the interior lights ( dome, map, door etc ) with LED's and they look great. My truck light stopped working and went to replace that and must have broken a wire. I blew the fuse and had Lexus repair the wire.
So I get the car back yesterday and try and put the LED in the trunk, pop out the factory bulb, put the LED in and no luck, reverse the bulb, no luck. Now put the factory bulb in, no luck and all my lights are out on that circuit and its not a blown fuse, even tried to change the fuse incase.
Any ideas? BTW 2014 ES350
