LED DRL question

Hi.

I got this kit from Ebay : http://www.ebay.com/itm/130527404737?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
Has anybody installed it ? This kit has bulbs and resistors. My mechanic said there is no room to fit resistor there and installed bulbs only, but the video on their website clearly states that resistors should be installed. It even says there are 2 sides ( driver and passenger) , and it's important to install each side correctly. I don't get it. I don't see any flickering when I check my DRL.

So your High Beams don't work either? It will work but the extra voltage will kill the bulbs soon..

I have not checked high beams, but DRL works.

When i did this mod the resisters fit in housing. They fit tight but i had to take them out because i had to do a lot of night driving out of town and needed the brights.
