Default Floormat color variation

When I bought my '10 460L a few weeks ago it had all weather floor mats up front (and OEM in the back) so I called my local Lexus dealer to order an entire OEM set in black. I picked them up yesterday and noticed a variation in the color between the new ones and the old ones. The new ones are a very different shade that don't seem to match the interior carpet nearly as well. It's almost as if the new ones have more white specs in them which give off a slightly grey/blueish hue. The old ones are a very deep charcoal with little/no specs of white. I know 99% of people wouldn't recognize this, but I immediately noticed it and it somewhat bothers me.

The first pic shows the new mats (on top) vs. the mats that were in the car when I purchased (under the new mats and under the all weather mats). The 2nd pic shows how the color doesn't really match the carpet in the car. The pics are pretty representative of the color discrepancy in person. I have tried brushing the mats "against the grain" to get the color darker, but it isn't doing much good. Thoughts? Should I have the dealer order another set to check the difference?

FWIW, the exterior color of my car is the smoky granite mica.
