As usual though there is a lot of holes left and I'm still unsure of some things

In that thread he says he removed some height sensor computer, and others are like what computer, and he doesn't reply back

Ive been in touch with suncore already to ask about their conversion kit and how to disable the computer, so hopefully they can fix me up

Thanks man , I'm going to run my vin at the dealer sometime to try to find out all I can
Please keep us updated about the Suncore conversion. This issue was recently discussed in another thread.

The Suncore website is out of date. While I don't have to worry about this issue for several years, it is nice to know my options.

I just got off the phone with them, and they don't seem to be too keen on much, and after keeping me on hold for a few minutes they said they had no instructions on how to disable the computer

I know a ton of guys have managed to do these swaps, whether to coilovers or to an aftermarket air system, so looks like I have no choice but to make a thread and hope they see it

Congrats on your LS.
Wow, that's a great price!
Maybe I haven't looked hard enough but don't see those kind of prices around here esp. for an L version.

I love that color and those oem wheels.

I have pretty bad wind noise from the window seals on my car. I can get rid of much of it by tapping the window down button for a fraction of a second and taking the pressure off the seal. Don't know why this works but others have found the same solution.

Initially I wanted a 430 but the 460 came out and it was more expensive, distinctive and impressive and worth the wait.

As I started out here as a 2005 LS430 Ultra Luxury owner, I perceived a bit of a animus towards the 460 in 430 land. Mostly that it was not built nearly as well and will not last 300,000 miles plus as certainly a number of 430's already have and the vast majority are certainly expecting it.
I actually wrote something somewhat sticking up for 460's on a thread that I was subscribed to last night as there was another dismissive comment on that thread.

I pointed out that while the Control Arms are undoubtedly a bummer, so is the timing belt service. Moreover, there are now a number of 460's that have hit 200,000 miles and it is not they did not spend a fortune developing this car. Remember, the 460 was the first Lexus ever introduced in the home country replete with Lexus dealers.

Last Summer when I was about to purchase the 430 from my older brother, I gave serious consideration to getting a 460 instead as I greatly preferred the appearance of the 460 and, well, 380 horsepower is 380 horsepower...

What stopped me was, at the time I had $15,000 cash (don't believe in financing cars) and while my brother's absolutely perfect 430 was $14900, in Tennessee you do not have to pay sales tax when a car is sold to an immediate family member. This is huge as in Tennessee, sales tax on cars is 7 bloody percent! (byproduct of not having a state income tax)

While there were a handful of 460's for around $15,000, all of them had spotty service histories and or accidents. That said, every time I saw a 460 on the road while I had my 430, I was envious. Thankfully, this time I had more cash to spend as after paying sales tax, etc, I think I am at $17,800 all in.

I have not noticed any wind noise on my 2007. (literally knocked on wood while I started to write this sentence) That said, I listen to a good deal of music though I also listen to a good deal of both sports talk radio, BBC Radio, and Howard Stern so I think I would notice if particularly bad.
