lexus600hl

I have a 2008 lexus ls 600hl. It has a message about PCV valve/ vacuum failure.
Has anyone else experienced this?

A simple check would be to make sure your oil fill cap is screwed down tight and your dipstick is fully seated in the dipstick tube. I'd also quickly locate the OCV valve tubes and make sure they haven't fallen off. The PCV valve itself is located under the lower plenum off the intake manifold on the 460, not sure if it's the same in the 600.
