Just don't go with NAPA Premiums ! I put them on a little over a year ago and now I have a weird crunching/rubbing noise under 5mph. ?? I can feel it in the petal too. I just changed the pads (Bendix Quiet Ceramic) figuring that was the problem but its still there.

the awd models actually have bigger rotors which are basically impossible to find aftermarket, funny enough even sewell lexus gave me the smaller rotors by mistake and lexus installed them without recognizing that. I'm forced to go with lexus for rotors went with centric for ceramic pads

The dealer can determine the cause...if they say it's the rotors/try to get them to install ur own sourced rotors for free because theirs failed during the honeymoon

No kidding! I just went on EBay and found at least 30-40 listings with prices starting at about 35 bucks per rotor.

Unless you specifically ask them to road force your tires, chances are they didn't. The dealer told me my issue was buying tires from a low end shop. Said they probably stacked the tires and the tires were out of road. I checked into that and no they didn't. The next idea was road force. I took it to the tire shop and they road forced the tires for no cost. The tires were slightly out of tolerance. It's similar to balancing the tire. They did it on the same machine they balance the tires on. It's like and extra step beyond balancing the tires. Good luck to you!!
