I tried using my DVD player for the first time in a long time and I noticed I can only get the picture to show when the car is in Accessory Mode (when you push the engine start 1 time and is lit amber, dash lights off). In all other modes, the only the audio plays and the picture button is grayed out / unselectable in the video control screen.

In the manual, it says the DVD picture should also work in ignition mode (when you push the engine start button 2 times and is lit amber, dash lights turn on, car in park, but engine is still off) but, in my car the picture will not turn on. Does the DVD in your car play in ignition mode?

I also thought the DVD picture would show if the car engine was on as long as it was in park. In my car this is not the case. Could you guys check and let me know?
