I hadn't noticed before, but the "Picture" on the DVD player stopped working a few days ago.

I tried to show someone the video and the word "Picture" was grayed out. I was in Park so it should have worked. Audio is fine.

I also noticed that the Region changed on my Nav System without me doing anything. I fixed that quickly, but wonder if there is a setting for the DVD player that may have changed. I could not find anything in the book.

Any ideas?

I have to bring the car in at the end of the month for my 6 month service, so I will have them look at it then.

The picture on the DVD-A's are not working either. Just wonder if a setting was changed ot something.

 

You have to have the emergency brake on. I have mine set to Auto so when I'm in Park, my DVD video is working.

 

yeah i wonder if it's the e-brake as well

 

I do not remember ever using the e-brake before.

How did you put the car in auto?

 

There's an Auto switch right next to the manual Park setting. The LED glows when it's "On".

I must have disengaged the auto button.

I reset it last night and the DVD picture came on.
