Default 2010 LS 460 Pricing

I have located a 2010 LS 460 with 47k miles, certified at a Lexus dealership. Has all options ( luxury, parking, comfort etc) . I owner, no issues.
Dealer offering at $30, 995. I'm looking for a fair price to pay. If decertified its priced at 28,500. Certified represented as 2 year full warranty and 4 maintenances performed. Southern car, nonsmoking no pets etc.
What price is fair? Certified or decertified?

My appreciation to all.

If it's certified, it likely means it is a very late production year 2010 (I would guess July/Aug/Sep to be stamped in the door). Can you verify? That would be good for you as it basically is "almost" a 2011 and that's what you want out of these to *potentially* avoid control arm and brake actuator frustrations. If $28,500 non-certified, $30,500 would actually be what I expect to pay as I value the CPO at $2k. I would look ask them how long they have had it on the lot and ask what point they have to auction it (sometimes after 60 days on lot). But so far, it seems they are asking a very fair price which would leave me to believe it has been on the lot for a while or they are really motivated to move it quickly. It would be a steal to get it under $30k as a CPO in my opinion. Sounds awesome; good luck.

Based on VIN and information on this website it is a late model production that addressed the control arms. Certified or uncertified? Any other issues to be aware of?

I bought CPO 2010 with similar options ( ML stereo, appearance package, convenience package, etc) 5 months ago with 52K miles on the clock for $29,500 plus tax. I think you can negotiate down to about the same or even lower. Manheim price for this kind of car is about $26K.

Good Luck.

Not a bad price for a CPO but I have mixed feelings about CPO's. That's what I was seeing them for before I bought mine. I paid 29k for my 2010 ls460l with 31k miles so I think you can negotiate. I got a 6 year 60k miles platinum warranty that covers everything the CPO cover plus more for $2700 so $31700. Look into a good extended warranty that will give you longer coverage than 2 years.
