Default New rim issues

I switched a set of forgiatos from my 2009 750 to my LS because the rims I previously had were bent, cracked, rashed basically done for. However, these rims now rub on the other fender during bumps in the rear and rub the fender liner very lightly on the front during turns. What options do I have for running this more aggressive offset. Off set shaving? I only did a test fit with 285/30/22 rears but will switching to my 305/25/22s help in the rear?

Roll the fenders. Or have them shaved.

Or run skinnier tires (stretched tire)

I think that bmw offset are more aggressive than our LS. I have 22s on my LS from a bmw and I have to shave my rear quarters and running 265/30 in the rears.

yup the rear offset is a little on the aggressive side but a shave of the rear will fix that..

Yep, shave the rear fender lips and run like a 265/30, 255/30 tire

I have 22" XO New york with a 35 front offset and 20 rear offset.

I have:

255/30/22
295/25/22

with crappy Lexani-LXnine tires - changing them out tomorrow

with lowering module

I had them cut slits along arch, then paint to protect fresh metal and finally rolled.

Give it the strength it need without dimpling the paint. Just go slow and smooth.

On setting 4 and 3 (even 5 and 4) i only rub rears when i carry some passengers or bigger bump. Also a tiny bit more if I am in comfy mode.

Hope that helps.

wish I would have known to cut slits before rolling... my car is silver, you can barely see the dimple at the curve. But I see it every time...
