Don't let minor issues such as squealing brakes be a deal breaker. Like others have already stated on this thread, there's a fix for the squeal, and the cost is minimal.

How much does this differ from my 2010 Sport?

Brake squeal problem is minor, just change the pads. Go for it.
I love my F-Sport.
I wouldn't even think about selling or trading mine, but I heard the 2017 F-Sport will have a 5.0-liter V8 engine that is capable to produce up to 600 hp.
