Exclamation 2013+ Navigation Hidden Features or Test Mode?

Hello,

In a different thread, I was discussing the concept of enabling the backup camera while driving forward.

This got me thinking...

I wonder if the 2013+ navigation system has any undocumented "hidden features" or "test modes".

If anyone has come across any clues, please chime in.

Thank you

Turn your headlights switch to the off position, hold menu on the remote/mouse thing, turn the light switch from OFF to ON then to OFF then to ON then to OFF then to ON.

So it goes off - on - off - on - off - on, all while holding the menu button, you can exit by restarting the car or by holding your volume **** down for few seconds.

Also to note, if you are driving and need to restart your navi for whatever reason, or your phone didn't pair the first time, if you push and hold the volume **** the whole infotainment system will reboot.

I can't find anything cool in there but thats the solution I figured out into accessing that same menu screen. They patched that reverse thing I believe so don't know if you'll get that to work.

you can adjust microphone sensitivity. record and playback your voice, turn off the black box, see GPS info, have the rear view camera work driving forward, etc

rear camera driving forward doesn't appear to be an option on the RCF, neither does turning off the black box.

I was however able to fix something that has bugged the hell out of me since I bought the car. The angle and rotation of the camera.

you can adjust the camera angle up, down, left, right and rotation left and right.

the camera was angled to down for my taste, I was able to angle it up and rotate it slightly so it appears level, my camera for some reason always seemed slight off center and off level.

I'm wondering what happened to Stereorob? He was supposedly the tech expert at a Lexus dealership and knows how to do all of this but hasn't replied. Hope he can contribute somehow.
