Default Interior Lighting

A few questions for owners of 2013+ LS460s.

Did anyone attempt to change the color of the dash accent, door & footwell lamps? Also has anyone changed the 2 "orange" dome lights to match all the other "white" LEDs in the car? Any chance you might have also tied them in together to go on at the same time when any door is opened? I think it's ugly that the 2 dome lights are that old burnt out color when all the other lights are crisp and sharp.

Thank in advance for any feedback.

Am I the only one annoyed by the orange looking dome lights?

Thanks Dave, I did see that earlier and asked about the 13+ because I know they went all LED bulbs vs halogens from 07-12. Wondered if that made a difference in the fitments. Guess I'll just have to pop them open and see.

I changed them out with white led. Both the front and back dome light with led board. Forgot exactly how many led on the board right now. I'll take pics tomorrow. I'm in bed right now. The lense covers are on there very tight. Popping them open left a few indentation marks on the surrounding. I also changed out the trunk light too. Hate that yellow light. Even in my house, there's no yellow light.

Thanks, yeah that's my main concern as well. The tolerances on my other vehicles weren't as tight, I was hoping to see an opening or a couple of relies in which to pop that cover off. Maybe dropping the whole unit is the way to keep it clean? I hear you on the yellow light, can't stand them.

Changed out all my interior lights to LED. I think I paid about 3 bucks for all of them from China. Installed for nearly two years and no issues. As for the footwell lights, just pop off the orange "condoms" that they put over the bulbs. I also did the puddle lights in all four doors, with these:

If I remembered correctly, the foot well lights in our 2013+ are already white led. Only the dome and trunk lights are yellow.

No I don't, but I could snap some. However, they look exactly as they do in the Ebay pics. Crystal clear, looks awesome and super easy to install. You just pop off the lens and snap in the new ones.
