Used Wagner ThermoQuiet on a number of other vehicles without any issues. Replaced OEM pads with QC1282 and QC1283 (front and back) in hopes to achieve less dust. Ended up with same or more dust plus squealing and too much grabbing when slowing rolling. Afrer 6k miles replaced ThermoQuiet with Akebono because I got tired of squealing at slow speeds. Only few hundred miles on Akebono so time will tell on the brake dust, so far no squealing. I'm not sure what's different with this application vs Highlander or other vehicles but definitely recommend against Wagner on LS.
