You say, "sounds like a wind tunnel." Does that mean that the person you are talking to, from your car, says you sound like you are in a wind tunnel?

Or, do you mean that you are unable to hear calls that are received in your car because the incoming calls sound like the caller is in a wind tunnel?

Is this noisy condition present during calls while the car is sitting still with the engine off?
