Post Poor Quality Bluetooth Phone Connection

I have successfully paired my phone to the Bluetooth in my RC300h coupe but the quality is very bad I get complaints about the line being crackly, volume very low (even though it is at the highest level), echo and feedback. Is it normal for Lexus Bluetooth to be of such poor quality, my last car was an E220d and using the same phone the connection was fine line was always very clear.

Are you pairing a Samsung phone? Understand you have paired to another car, try pairing a different phone
to your RC to narrow down the culprit.
