Default Oem lexus ls460 wheels/bolt pattern, help!

I have a 2008 Lexus LS460 that came with 18x7.5 wheels.
I’ve been looking for replacement wheels and have found several websites selling wheels each stating their wheels are perfect fitment.
Many say the bolt pattern is 5x114, 5x120 and others say 5x4 1/2’.
Where can I find the accurate measurement of the bolt pattern? Do I have to pull the rim to measure or is there a reliable standard I can count on to order wheels.

Thank You for any information regarding LS460 bolt pattern you can provide.

Side note:
I’d like to replace my 18’ wheels with the 19’ LEXUS five spoke wheels if anyone has a recommendation for where to find them.

Check out the wheel/tire sticky at the top of the page. Vossen wheels is a good start.
I suggest 19's or 20's if your not planning on lowering your car

Get the Lexus wheels. Most aftermarket wheels have oversized hub bores requiring centering rings - nothing but a pain!

Yes exactly..thank you! The bolt pattern isn't listed there because it's generally known our cars are 5x120. But the wheel and tire thread is a collection of real world wheel and tire setups on the 460/600
