Default Lexus remote

I purchased a new LS 460 two weeks ago, after numerous attempts and many hours spent on the phone with Lexus Enform I have exhausted all of my alternatives for installation. I have been told by Lexus that they have initiated a ticket for repair but have heard nothing in response to that inquiry. Anyone other than me having a similar problem?

A few more details would help. Is it a 2015 with RES+ or a 2014? The 2014 does not have RES+. What are you trying to install?

Im in the same situation as you with my 15 GS.
My situation is I am in pending status in the lexus enform.
I called and 4-5 days ago and they initiated a ticket and said will call back in 24-48 hours.. 4-5 days passed no call and its been almost 7-8 Its pending. Ridiculous.
