Default Car pulling to the left

I just bought a 2006 LS460. It's pulling strongly to the left (this is a UK RHD car). I'm assuming this is just a wheel alignment/tracking thing, but just in case it's not, are there any other potential causes that I should be aware of ?

do you mean 2007 with an "in-service" date of 2006?

I guess? It's just a regular LS460 with air suspension, registered 13th December 2006.

I have the same problem, I might do an alignment on it, but when I purchased it they said they just did an alignment to it and it was pulling then too.

I would recommend having the alignment checked or check for brake dragging.

If you're in the UK, you're driving on the left. If the road has a crowned surface, the car will naturally run to the left. Try driving the car on a flat and level surface (parking lot?) and see if it still pulls. if it does, have the alignment checked.

It's probably an alignment issue, but I would also have your control arms checked for wear. You may also have a problem with your tires (excuse me, tyres), what brand do you have?

The tyres are Dunlop Sport 245/45/19, there's a note in the newly done MOT about uneven wear to one of the tyres, I guess due to the alignment.

The upper suspension arms were replaced 7,000 miles ago.
