Third Party Warranties for Used LS 460?

When I bought my used 2010 LS 460 from the dealer I bought a third party warranty through the dealer, it is provided by CNA... I bought the top tier of what they offer... It was certainly worth it as I replaced the air strut assembly today on the rear passenger side and the warranty paid for the total cost of the repair...
