So spray the silicone in and around the glass seals? - initially put a rubber dressing that seemed to have helped a little but there are still gaps more so in the rear windows

I've since used it on all my gaskets and seals in my other cars. I still use the Ford product, just because I wonder if it's better suited for this purpose than other generic cans of silicone lube.

There are several studies comparing true silicone lube to other products containing silicone (such as Armor All). MSDS sheets show the differences. Products such as Armor All, contain other petroleum distillates that can be harmful to rubber.

I'll be keeping an eye on it, not sure if I'll still need new trim or not. I had let it go for a long time getting folded by the window. I am going to the local auto parts store and buying 3m silicone paste. After some research I found that's what's suggested.
Here is a link to exactly what I used. Works great, and looks like I won't have to replace my window rubber molding after all. http://m.napaonline.com/tablet//part...946_0006436593

Does anyone have the part or fix for the window noise coming from the rear top of the window. I called Lexus in my area and they said they have never had any wind noise complaints so he didn't know the exact part I would need. At 30 mph it sounds like a tropical storm, at 60 mph it's like a cat 5 hurricane. Also I don't have the triangle piece like I see in all these threads.

Bumping this thread so others can find it because the Silicone Q-Tip process completely solved my issue. No more squeaky window when going up and weird wind noise like the window was not sealed. Cleaned all window tracks, applied the silicone, rolled up and down, cleaned the window, test drive, and silence.

This will be something I'll monitor to see how often I'll need to reapply.

If I ever sell my LS I hope this post history serves as a record at how type-a I am when it comes to maintaining this vehicle.
