Default Question

I'm planning to buy an LS 460 AWD in 2015. Is it true that some features (advanced pre-collision, lane keep, etc) are only available if you buy the longer L version? I don't need any longer but would like those options ( I have them currently in my BMW-no required to buy the long version there to get options).

Default 2015 460L options

I would presume they come standard with a package that Lexus adds to the 460L vehicle. However, with the standard 460 it may be that you would have to special order it to get the specific options you desire.

Hey, jrj. 2015 is the third year into a mid-cycle refresh and Lexus has not changed major option package availability within refresh cycles on the LS 460. So the info on 2014 models I have shouldn't change for 2015. It shows the Pre-Collision system package available on only on LS 460L and LSh. The list of individual options does show a simpler Pre-Collision system with radar cruise and no model availability restrictions.
