Just bought a CPO 2010 LS460 AWD that is equipped with VGRS from the USA and will be importing it into Canada, super excited! When I called Lexus USA to confirm if the VGRS recall has been done for this vehicle, they told me the recall isn't issued for this particular vehicle. I know for a fact that this recall was issued for all other 2010 LS460s equipped with VGRS that I looked at before purchasing this one. Could it be because this recall only applies to earlier builds of the 2010's (mine has a build date of Aug 2010)?

Try going to: www.safercar.gov

Then click on the "Search For Recalls" near the upper right.

Then enter your car information.

Then click on the "13 Associated Documents" and the information you are looking for will be in one of the documents.
