Default Wheel and 3m wrap question...

I'm picking up a 2011 LS460 AWD on Saturday. It has the stock 11 spoke 18" wheels.

While at the dealer I noticed a poster of what I think was a 2012 or 2013 LS600h and loved the wheels. They were 7 spoke 19" (I think). Will a set of these fit my car with zero mods or issues?

The car is coming with 3m film on the nose, part of the hood, and the side mirrors. I don't really like it. It's a black car and the film is very noticeable. Not so much the body of the film but the line/edge where it starts/stops is very noticeable. It goes up a foot or so on the hood. I want to remove it. Any reason I shouldn't? I know I will get road rash, but other than that are there any downsides. I might leave the mirrors on since they are a lot less noticeable.

Thanks.

Short answer is yes on the wheels, but please search as there are extensive threads about this topic already

Default Wheels and 3M Wrap

I have the front end of my car wrapped and it is a light color and it is hardly noticeable. However, even if noticeable I would keep it on there. No bug juice stain, no stone chips or anything else to mess up the paint job. In the long run your car will still look like new on the front end. It is easily removed by heating with a heat gun on low or high powered hair dryer, if you so desire. It is not supposed to cause any damage to the paint surface when removing according to 3M.
