Hey Team Lexus I really need you help!!! I had a low impact accident with my 2010 LS460 where the body shop replaced the bumper cover, collision cushion behind the bumper and a new grill. Below are the picture from their finished work, however I know my car should look better than this. Can anyone please tell me what could be wrong/missing to cause the grill and bumper to not align correctly with my car???? Please?????

 

they could probably tighten that up a little better, just take it back

 

They just need to realign the bumper cover and make sure the clips are tighten to pull it in closer.

 

Yeah, its at the shop now..I took it back 3times...so now they're going to try another bumper cover. I'm think they need to tighten the screws on the side that connects the grill to the fenders

 

Yeah, i agree!!! they've installed the same bumper twice to get the same results. Ultimately, I don't think they have the experience needed to work on this car

 

They just need to pay attention to detail and not be so lazy...

 

I agree it is a body shop issue. However if they can not fix after 2 tries I would go elsewhere.

 

If they cant get it right this time call your insurance company and tell them you need to take it somewhere else.
