Smile Replacing my LS460L with...

with this....

Any love for Asian Domestic Market cars?

That right boys and girls, I have been given a promotion to go to China for an ex-pat assignment.

What did I negotiate into the deal? The COO's 'old' car.

Its a Toyota Crown. RWD, 3GR-FE, and loosely GS300 Based. Has about 70,000 miles on it.

LS460L is at a consignment lot for the time being, my friend owns the dealership and if it doesnt sell, I'll just store it while I'm gone.

Interior Shot...

First few mods...

Get rid of the nasty Vinyl Shifter, Leather piece in.

Remove the Radio Head Unit, GPS/DVD system in

Needs a good coating of Zaino and will plastidip the chrome emblems!

Would really like some 17 or 18 inch wheels, but we're talking about a company car....

So if you've been wondering why I havent been posting, thats why!

I love those cars! I'd trade an LS for a Crown in a heartbeat. How do does it compare to your LS460L and is there any way to bring it back to the U.S.?

I see that its Toyota based; I have never seen one of those before, it really resembles the Avalon . So is that the Avalon equivalent for the Asian market?

I'm in the same boat as you. I would also trade my LS and for a Crown anyday. And maybe a kidney for the newest Crown Athlete.
