Try a different phone, maybe a friend's or something. Or how about this...go back to dealer, find a tech on a smoke break or maybe he's out leaned over in a car hollerin at his girl in the parking lot who just brought him a 6" sandwich from Subway....tell him to check your BT and give him a $20 spot so he can take a look...don't always accept no for answer, there are ways to get things done and money proves that every single time Then when you go back, ALWAYS request him..he won't forget ya lol

If you are with a major cell phone company, you might be able to get one of their representatives to check it for you at no cost. This worked for me.
