Default TSW Wheel Input

My '06 TL was recently hit and totaled so I've been looking into the 07-09 LS460 SWB and I think I'm pretty much sold. Thanks everyone for all the posts on the forum, it's proven to be very informative. It seems that everyone on this forum and people that I know that have them have very few reliability issues (to be expected) and it is extremely posh/comfortable as you all know (even if the ride and feel are on the boring side).

While trying to look ahead, I've been looking into wheel options, with the Vossen VVSCV1 being close to the top option due to it being a very modern look that treads the not too sporty not too VIP-y line quite well.

I was also wondering, has anyone seen or considered TSW Nurburgring wheels for the LS? Lately I've been liking the minimal lip concave look. Any thoughts?

I've only seen photoshopped pictures on a LS.

I'm not a fan. I feel it's a bit tuner for the LS

I actually think it will look great. I love the mesh design on any car. Its classic style that will never get old. I do think that the VOSSEN wheels offer a slightly more contemporary look though

Never been a fan of mesh wheels on our cars. I would keep searching as there are tons of options now for the minimal lip and concave look you are trying to get.

Did you take a look at the Wheel and Tire information thread sticky at the top of the LS460 CL forum. If you need some more ideas, check there. Many nice rides up in there. At the end of the day, whether chrome, VIP, black, pink, brown, spokes, mesh, full face..it doesn't matter. as long as it looks good to you, thats all that matters. Just do your homework and make sure the offsets, bolt pattern and everything is good to go. PRIOR to mounting a new tire on your new wheel, always check bolt pattern on the car first so you can return them with no hassle.

Not good at all. Does not match this car. Don't do it, run!

Hre has some similar wheel styles that would look appropriate on the LS. Take a look at their selection. It's not the wheel style for me, but more the brand and quality.

I'm doubtful the TSW will look good on an LS but without seeing them mounted who knows?

they will look great. I saw an LS460 at wheel specialists that had 22" mesh design and it looked AMAZING

I think they might look alright. I wouldn't put TSW's on an LS though.

Nothing wrong with mesh wheels and certainly nothing wrong with TSW. Its a high quality wheel for sure.
My problem would be size. Does that ewheel come in 22? 20's are small on LS's. TSW offsets are kinda conservative as well. If neither of these matter to you, go for it.

If you are going to go 20..then just be sure the spokes go all the way to wheel edge. Like ICE said..some 20s look small, especially without a drop for sure. A wheel like Vossen CV3 is not mesh but the wheel looks bigger in 20" than compares to a wheel that has lips for example. Its amazing how color, wheel design and offset can make wheels look much bigger or smaller and they have same diameter..take your time and do what makes you happy. I had 20s and glad I went to 22s. Ride quality was a little less but gotta pay to play with 22s haha
