tailpipe issue help

tailpipe issue help
I notice when i start my car this morning I had alot of dark blue smoke coming from the tailpipes. This only happen when i start the car. Do you think I have an issue.

To wit, your Model Year, total mileage, how long you have owned it, did you purchase it from a Lexus dealer or aftermarket ? or from CraigsList or ebay ? When was the last time (mileage and date) that you are aware of that your Lexus was at a Lexus dealer for service ? Also and maybe this sounds wierd, but what US state do you live in, and at what time of the morning did you crank up your car ? And what was the ambient temperature (approx) ?
Lastly, have you checked your engine oil level ? If so, what was the reading ?
Letting us learn some of these item might help us to provide you with good advice - hopefully at least.
