My driver side rear foot light went out and I am not sure how to approach it example like do I yank it out or something? Has anyone tampered with this yet?

i am not sure if it is led or not, but from one of the pictures i've seen on the forum the bulb looks like a regular bulb not an led, i might be wrong.
