Just wanted to say hi and what a great site this is! I started coming here months and months ago when I was thinking about buying my first Lexus. The info you guys provided made all the difference. So thank you for unknowingly helping me make my decision.

Well I picked up a 07 LS on Saturday. Actually got it for my wife on our anniversary (that's what I'm telling her). Love all the features: reclining rear seats, heated and cooled front and rear seats, heated steering wheel, ML sound system, etc! This thing has everything I wanted and more.

Anyway, I'm not wasting any time on transforming the exterior looks. I'm in the process now of getting some 22" wheels and body kit. Bare with me as I have TONS of newbie questions.

Just got back from getting some prices on some wheels. Looks like trying to find the wheels I like with the right offset is going to take a little work unless I'm willing to drop 6 large on some Asantis... which I'm not.

Am I right in trying to go with a 22x9 front and 22x10.5 rear? Trying to get the biggest lip I can get without doing any mods.

Just one question, I know I love my heated steering wheel here in the Northeast, but in SoCal?

 

Hahaha, probably one of those features that will never be used. Should of made a cooled steering wheel... now we're talking
