That's sick. You can eliminate a lot of wiring with those. I imagine they will be incorporated into the design of the speakers themselves at some point provided they don't increase the depth too much.

Focal is well known for making good speakers, ML is not. ML is well known for making amps.. I found the ML system on 460 sounds more like Harmon Kardon system. I feel my ML on my 06' 430 sounds cleaner than on my 11' 460

 

ML is a small division of Harmon International other companies include.. Harmon Kardon, JBL, Infinity, Crown, dbx, Symphony teleca & more..

So yes Focal is known for making good speakers.. but some would say ML ie Harmon intl an their companies are more well known.. (as i currently own some Focal utopia's i can attest to their quality AND their limitations)

The Harmon family appeals to a wider range of musical tastes.. rather than a niche (an shrinking) audiophile base.

 

This is 10 years after post, but where/how did you fashion the bracket for the dash speakers? Did you just use the factory bracket and take the factory speakers out?

 

And not a single product mentioned like the amp stuff has made the 2007 compatible ugggh
